Personal Trainer, Nutritional Therapist & Movement Specialist
I’m Marc Piper, and my passion for health and fitness started at a young age. Growing up, I played semi-professional football, represented my county at under 18s level, and participated in many other sports, including tennis and golf. This drive to improve my performance led me to pursue a career in fitness.
At 19, I became a personal trainer, and before setting up my own training business in 2012, I had the opportunity to teach fitness, nutrition, and programming at Oxford and Cherwell Valley College. This teaching experience helped me expand my knowledge and gave me the chance to share my passion with others.
Since starting my personal training business, I’ve worked with clients of all backgrounds, helping them optimise their health and enhance their lives. I’ve also gained qualifications such as Level 4 Personal Trainer, Level 4 Specialist in Lower Back Pain, Level 4 in Long-Term Neurological Conditions, Nutritional Therapist (Level 5 Advanced Nutrient Metabolism), and Functional Movement Screen (FMS) certification. These qualifications enable me to offer a holistic, personalised approach to health and fitness.
My Approach to Fitness
I believe in taking a holistic approach to fitness, focusing on both physical and nutritional wellbeing. I work with clients who are looking to optimise their health, feel better in their daily lives, and improve their overall quality of life. Whether you want to increase strength, improve flexibility, or simply feel healthier, I will create a plan tailored specifically to your needs and goals.
I use functional movement screenings (FMS) to assess movement patterns and identify areas that can be improved to enhance performance and prevent injury. This approach supports clients at all stages of their fitness journey, helping them move better and feel more confident in their bodies.
