I’m Marc Piper, a personal trainer specialising in structured, assessment-led training.
My background in sport and performance began early, competing at county level and playing semi-professional football. That experience shaped an approach to training focused on preparation, progression, and long-term physical resilience.
I became a personal trainer at 19 and established my own practice in 2012. Alongside working privately with clients, I’ve taught fitness and programme design within further education, reinforcing the importance of evidence-based decision making over trends or fixed routines.
My work is built around objective assessment, movement screening, and ongoing review. Training decisions are made based on how an individual moves, responds to load, and progresses over time, rather than assumptions.
I work with people who value clarity, structure, and measurable progress. Whether clients begin with a standalone assessment or move directly into all-inclusive personal training, the approach remains the same: training decisions based on evidence, not guesswork.
