Personal training is delivered through structured training blocks designed to produce measurable improvements in strength, fitness, and movement quality.

Every personal training package includes a comprehensive fitness assessment and a structured movement screen as standard. These are used to establish a clear baseline, identify priorities, and guide training decisions from the outset.

Training is not based on fixed routines or generic programmes. Sessions are planned, progressed, and adjusted over time based on objective findings, regular reviews, and how the body responds to training.

The focus is on appropriate progression — balancing intensity, quality of movement, and long-term physical resilience rather than simply doing more.

Every personal training package includes:

  • A comprehensive fitness assessment

  • Progressive strength and fitness training

  • Regular performance reviews and retesting

  • Coaching focused on long-term improvement rather than short-term fixes

Assessment and movement screening are used to inform training decisions. Detailed protocols, scoring systems, and internal benchmarks are not client-facing.
