Your journey with Marc begins—and continues—with a commitment to improving your movement, health, and overall fitness. Every personal training client receives ongoing Functional Movement System (FMS) screenings and regular health and fitness testing as an integral part of their training experience.
What’s Included?

Quarterly FMS Screenings – Functional Movement System assessments are included for every personal training client. These screenings identify movement limitations and imbalances and are repeated every quarter to track progress and refine your training plan.

Ongoing Health and Fitness Testing – Regular full-body assessments monitor key health markers such as body composition, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, strength, and mobility.

Personalised Training Strategy – Your plan is continuously adjusted based on your assessment results to optimise performance, minimise injury risk, and ensure consistent, effective progress.
PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES
Training is built around your unique goals and movement profile, ensuring a safe and structured path to improved strength, mobility, and fitness.

Single session (45 minutes) – £90

Block of 10 sessions (45 minutes each) – £700

Block of 20 sessions (45 minutes each) – £1,200
All packages include quarterly FMS screenings and ongoing health and fitness testing as standard.
CORRECTIVE EXERCISE & MOVEMENT SUPPORT
If movement imbalances are identified during your FMS screenings, you’ll receive a corrective exercise plan delivered via the app, along with continuous guidance and support to help you improve movement efficiency and performance between sessions.
These regular check-ins and updates ensure your training evolves with you—keeping you on track and moving well over the long term.
